Order Processing & Turnaround Times
Uniform orders are processed once all required approvals, order details, and account requirements have been completed. In-stock garments typically have an estimated turnaround time of 5–7 business days. Garments requiring custom logo embroidery, modifications, or alterations typically have an estimated turnaround time of 7–14 business days.
Turnaround times may vary depending on order volume, garment availability, and specific customization requests. For questions regarding your order status or rush order options, please contact your sales representative.
Uniform Care Instructions

Washing
Machine wash with similar colors using cold or warm water. Use a mild detergent and avoid harsh chemicals that may damage fabric performance or appearance.

Drying
Tumble dry on low heat or remove garments promptly after washing to reduce wrinkles. Avoid high heat, which may damage polyester fibers and affect garment fit.

Ironing
Use a low heat setting if ironing is needed. Avoid high temperatures on performance fabrics, as excessive heat can damage fibers or create shine. A garment steamer is recommended when possible.

Bleach & Dry Cleaning
Avoid bleach unless specifically permitted on the garment care label. Most uniform garments should not be dry cleaned unless instructed, as chemicals may affect fabric performance and finishes.

Care Labels
Always follow the sewn-in care label instructions for each garment. Specialty items and accessories may require different care methods than standard uniform apparel.
