Triveros Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Triveros, we take pride in delivering top-quality uniforms and great customer experiences. If something’s not quite right, we’re here to help! Please review our return and exchange policy below to keep things smooth and simple:

Returns & Exchanges – What’s Eligible?

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with tags still attached.
  • Be sure to include a copy of your invoice or proof of purchase with your return.

What Can’t Be Returned?

We wish we could take everything back, but there are a few exceptions:

  • Customized or altered items (including hemming, tapering, or other modifications).
  • Any item with logos, embroidery, heat transfers, or other added artwork.
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

  • Send an email to returns@triveros.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number — we’ll get back to you within 3 to 5 business days.

Be sure to include the reason for the return or exchange, a list of the items, and the invoice number in your message.

  • Once approved, pack up your item(s) securely and make sure the RA number is included in the package.
  • Ship it to the address we provide within 7 business days of receiving the RA.
    Note: Return shipping is on you, unless we made a mistake, of course!

Credits & Refunds

  • Approved returns will be issued as a credit memo with no expiration date—use it whenever you're ready to order again!
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • A 10% restocking fee will apply to eligible returns.
